  1. Create a SMART Goal
    SMART goals are:

    Attainable
    Realistically high
    and include a Target Date. 

  2. Have written goals

  3. Display your goal: Post it where you can see it.

  4. Find an accountability partner

  5. State your goals positively and with intention ("I will")
